Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) takes the lead in organizing a wide variety of interesting joint estate activities for residents. The events are overwhelmingly popular, and the total number of participants already exceeds 100,000.

SHKP, along with the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital and Hong Kong Heart Club, staged a health care carnival for the first time in the Mount Heaven club house. Residents of Green Field Garden, Grand Horizon and Mayfair Garden were invited for a free medical check-up and a seminar on heart disease.

Joint estate activities are sponsored by SHKP and co-organized by its property management subsidiaries Kai Shing and Hong Yip. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities like security, cleaning and maintenance, the companies believe that good management service should also include caring for the needs of residents and attention to community harmony. Implementing this new management concept offers better-quality service and gives residents' a true sense of belonging.

Some of the many joint estate activities held in the past include Halloween parties, a military youth training camp, kite day, Pun-choi dinners, Christmas balls, camping trips and environmental protection carnivals.
