Sun Hung Kai Properties announced today (Feb 26), that prices for unsold residential units in Grand Pacific Views and Grand Pacific Heights, Chelsea Heights and Oscar by the Sea would rise by three per cent on March 12th, to match market prices. The increase will not apply to joint venture projects.

Eric Chow, General Manager of the Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency, said 'With the recent enthusiasm for new property sales, confidence among home buyers is obviously on the rise. Unit prices set earlier have fallen behind the current market, and so an increase is necessary to bring prices to a realistic level'.

Show flats for Oscar by the Sea at Millennium City Phase 2 in Kwun Tong are open to the public daily from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, and on-site show flats for Grand Pacific Views / Grand Pacific Heights and Chelsea Heights are also open every day from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
