環球貿易廣場參與「幻彩詠香江」燈光匯演

香港二0一二年四月三十日： 新鴻基地產 (新地) 一直本著「以心建家」的精神，用心建設香港，多年來為本港建立了不少國際著名地標。其中位於九龍站的環球貿易廣場(ICC)，是全港最高的建築物，匯聚世界級酒店及食肆，並設有全港最高的室內觀景台「天際100香港觀景台」，是香港旅遊熱點。該大廈更將於五月一日起加入「幻彩詠香江」燈光匯演，營造維港絢麗燦爛的景象，吸引世界各地遊客目光。

「幻彩詠香江」每晚透過港島和九龍區逾四十幢建築物的互動燈光及音樂效果，展示維港兩岸充滿活力和多姿多采的一面。這項燈光匯演不但獲得中外旅客高度讚賞，更已列入健力士世界紀錄，成為全球「最大型燈光音樂匯演」，是本港旅遊業的重要賣點。

新地旗下新鴻基中心、國際金融中心及中環廣場是早期已參與「幻彩詠香江」的物業，而本港著名的地標建築ICC不但與對岸國際金融中心二期組成壯麗宏偉的「維港門廊」，更成為「幻彩詠香江」演出的新成員，配合其LED幕牆拼湊出絢麗的燈飾圖案，為這項國際著名燈光音樂匯演注入新動力。

由新地發展的 ICC是九龍站綜合發展項目中極具代表性的建築，其樓高海拔490米，為現時本港最高的建築物，匯聚多間國際級商業機構、全球最高酒店「香港麗思卡爾頓酒店」、「天際100香港觀景台」及高級食肆於一身，讓旅客欣賞維港的醉人景致，同時享受本港的優質酒店服務及時尚購物體驗，是本港最新的地標及旅遊景點。
