新地重視員工培訓 再度獲頒「人才企業」榮譽
新鴻基地產(新地)一直堅持「以人為本」的信念，憑藉完善的培訓制度及企業文化，新地及旗下物業管理公司康業服務有限公司再度榮獲僱員再培訓局頒「人才企業」榮譽，而集團旗下新輝建築有限公司亦首度躋身「人才企業」行列，連同上屆獲嘉許的啟勝管理服務有限公司在內，新地共有四個單位獲得此項殊榮，足證集團於人才培訓的卓越表現。
僱員再培訓局今年第三屆舉辦「ERB人才企業嘉許計劃」，此計劃是香港首個全面評估企業在人才培訓、發展策略和工作的認證系統，評審範圍包括倡導學習文化、資源規劃、培訓及發展系統、績效管理及人力發展的企業社會責任五方面，表現傑出的公司可獲頒「人才企業」以示嘉許。新地及康業自首屆開始獲得此項殊榮，故特別獲頒「人才企業1st」標誌，以示表揚。
新地深信人才是企業最寶貴的資產，故一向重視員工的需要，積極培育人才，致力為旗下約35,000名員工締造優良的工作環境。集團每年舉辦超過300項培訓課程及講座，課程內容包括領導才能、商業策略、內地經濟發展、客戶服務、個人發展及技能培訓等，集團亦會舉辦壓力管理及心理健康的研討會及工作坊等，照顧員工身心需要，去年各項課程共吸引逾三萬人次參加。
