新地員工刊物《新地動態》獲國際獎項

香港 二○一二年四月十九日：新鴻基地產(新地)一直以來視人才為發展的重要基石，作為公司與同事間的重要溝通橋樑，新地員工刊物《新地動態》早前獲得國際權威機構MerComm, Inc.頒發「Mercury Excellence Awards 2011/12—內部員工刊物組別」銅獎，可見新地致力為員工締造優良的工作環境，讓他們充分發揮所長。

《新地動態》無論在內容和設計上都不斷推陳出新，除了報道員工相關活動，如義工服務外，為增強同事之間的互動性，刊物亦載入了同事們的有趣或感人故事，包括分享文章和生活相片等，而由國內同事所撰寫富個人風格的文章，更能展現具地方色彩的風土人情，加強國內與香港同事的交流。

是項比賽由國際專業人士擔任評審，評核過程嚴謹，每個得獎單位必須在作品的創意概念和整體訊息傳達方式等方面，達到所規定的評分才可以獲獎，今屆《新地動態》獲頒銅獎，金、銀獎則從缺。集團將繼續精益求精，提升刊物的質素，同時鼓勵員工終身學習，並在工作、個人發展、家庭關係及企業社會責任上，為他們提供有系統及長期的支援。

Mercury Excellence Awards (國際水星獎)由美國MerComm, Inc.主辦，為每年全球最具規模的公共關係及企業傳訊評選之一。評判團主要以作品的創意概念、成效和整體訊息傳達方式作出評審，其成員由來自不同國家的公共關係及企業傳訊專業人員擔任，因而獲得全球業界的認同。
