新鴻基地產投得西鐵南昌站物業發展項目

新鴻基地產 (新地) 今日(2011年10月19日)宣布投得西鐵南昌站物業發展項目。該項目位處港鐵西鐵站上蓋，接連公共交通交匯處，備有完善的交通配套，四通八達，人流暢旺；項目更坐擁遼闊海景，有利住宅及商業的發展。

項目的地盤面積約497,297平方呎，總住宅樓面面積及總商業樓面面積分別約為2,311,031平方呎及297,732 平方呎。項目將提供不少於3,313個住宅單位，當中約七成半單位的實用面積將不多於538平方呎。有關單位相信可配合市場的需求。

項目施工需配合鐵路設施的興建及搬遷巴士總站的安排，因此項目的建築期會較一般的工程為長。考慮有關因素對利息支出的影響，新地認為是次118億港元的投標價合理。
