Chengdu ICC sales office now open
Sirius residence on the market soon

A sales office recently opened by Sun Hung Kai Properties for its joint-venture Chengdu ICC project has attracted much attention, and the first phase of the deluxe Sirius residences will go on the market soon.

Chengdu ICC will contain over 13 million square feet (about 1.25 million square metres) of gross floor area, including two distinctive, 280-metre towers on Dongdajie to be called the 'Tianfu Gateway'. The development will include grade-A offices, a modern shopping mall, five-star hotel, an observation deck and luxury residences.

The project is in a prime area of the Dongdajie commercial and financial district near the second ring road and River Shahe, with a panoramic view of Tazishan Park. It will be above a metro station linking Line No. 2 under construction and the proposed Line No. 8, and will be just two stops from the Chengdu East rail station offering easy access to other parts of the country.
