Best Customer Care Ambassador Elections in SHKP Malls
Voters Get a Chance to Win SHKP Mall Coupons

Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) is holding its third Serving with Heart shopping mall Customer Care Ambassador elections to recognize and reward outstanding performance and collect customer feedback. The elections will take place in 16 SHKP malls with voting from today to December 31. Shoppers can vote for their favourite Ambassadors either by paper ballot or at electronic voting stations, for convenience and saving paper.

Hong Kong is known as a shopping paradise and tourist destination because of its high standards of customer service, particularly in shopping malls. SHKP was the first to have Customer Care Ambassadors in its malls providing full, attentive service to shoppers. The Ambassadors in their uniforms and smiling faces are symbols of SHKP Malls.

SHKP has a number of professional training and recognition programmes for the Ambassadors to ensure that each one is skilled and enthusiastic, to enhance the quality of customer service. The malls also have high standards for language ability, appearance, manners, attitude and team spirit to make sure the Ambassadors serve customers with heart. The standard of service has become a benchmark for the industry.
