SHKP Lime Stardom exhibition showcases architectural model
and first iPhone application for a residential development

Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) Lime Stardom boutique luxury residence has generated considerable market interest with its publicity campaign. SHKP is continuing to promote this quality residence with roadshows scheduled in March at different locations on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon and the New Territories. The first will be at Grand Century Place in Mong Kok, where an iPhone application specially developed for the project will be introduced. With the application, people will be able to browse pictures of Lime Stardom's contemporary exterior for better understanding of the alluring lifestyle on offer.

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Senior Sales and Marketing Manager Tam Sik Cham said: "SHKP has received many enquiries since Lime Stardom was announced, showing the high interest in this luxury residential project. This is also a market endorsement of the quality of the Lime series. In view of the interest in the market, SHKP has scheduled Lime Stardom exhibitions, with a model of the development to showcase the project's stylish architecture and prestigious lifestyle."

Lime Stardom will offer trendy facilities and is designed for new-generation property owners pursuing a refined lifestyle. SHKP is at the forefront of lifestyle trends and has commissioned an iPhone application in a first for a residential development. Mr Tam said: "We expect residents will lead busy diverse lives, and that planning daily routines will be extremely important to them. Downloading our Lime event calendar application to an iPhone (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/lime-organizer-by-lime-stardom/id358706433?mt=8) will let them schedule activities like business meetings, gatherings with friends, trips and work-out sessions. The application also comes with a Lime Stardom project information feature for viewing on the go."

The project is in Mong Kok within walking distance of the Mong Kok, Mong Kok East and Olympic MTR stations, offering convenient transportation. At nearly 165 metres, it will stand out in the neighbourhood with a modern exterior. Some units will have ceilings of nearly 11 and a half feet. There will be bright natural light and a sense of space, even studio flats.

Lime Stardom will be unrivalled in recreational facilities and green environment. The private garden at the main entrance will be unusual in the district, offering residents the beauty of a green environment. The ground-floor lobby will have a ceiling of about 33 feet, emulating a magnificent six-star hotel. Residents will be able to stop at the cafe for a beverage. On afternoons they will be able to visit the Starz Bright clubhouse to enjoy the facilities catering to the pursuit of lifestyle convenience and comfort for urban elites. At dusk they will be able to enjoy the beautiful sunset from a garden in the sky, and at night they will have the option of moving to the Starz Night clubhouse about 460 feet above ground to take in 360-degree views of the city. Residents will be able to use the Lime Stardom clubhouse 24 hours a day to extend the boundary of their homes.

Lime Stardom roadshows will kick off on March 4 and run for four consecutive weekends at Grand Century Place in Mong Kok and then in Home Square in Sha Tin, WTC More in Causeway Bay and East Point City in Tseung Kwan O.
