SHKP Lime Stardom
Starz Night clubhouse by renowned Japanese designer

The new Lime Stardom boutique apartment project by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) will have a distinctive design and a Starz Night clubhouse by famed Japanese interior designer Yamagiwa Junpei. At 460 feet above ground, the clubhouse will offer residents entrancing views and unrivalled luxury with attentive service and top facilities.

Mr Yamagiwa said: "It's my pleasure to work on the clubhouse for SHKP's Lime Stardom, and Starz Night is my first residential club project in Hong Kong. I am including Japanese styles and facilities to create a relaxing and comfortable space for residents to experience the Japanese ideal of well-being. At the same time, the privacy of residents is also highly safeguarded."

Starz Night will be a spacious, secluded leisure area, with a lofty location and ceilings of about 19 feet. It will offer a 360-degree view of Western Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. Four ballrooms will be divided by movable partitions to allow different configurations for big or small events to meet residents' needs.

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Senior Sales and Marketing Manager Tam Sik Cham said: "Lime Stardom will give residents the freedom to enjoy their personal space. The clubhouse has a day-and-night design theme and will be with facilities tailored to residents' lifestyles so they can enjoy leisure amid the city hustle and bustle. Starz Night will have a night theme and follow the concept of Lime Habitat in Hong Kong Island, but with even more diverse facilities. These will include a multi-function room, all-season indoor heated pool and KTV spa that can be hired together for pool-side parties, in a first such integrated party venue for a residential development. The spectacular wine lounge will be perfect for cocktail flair tending. Everything is intended to give residents an exceptional luxury experience."

Mr Yamagiwa is well known in Asia. His previous projects include many restaurants and clubhouses at Roppongi in Tokyo, The Bund in Shanghai and the Venetian Macao. His designs embrace practicality, user-friendliness and aesthetics that correspond with the lifestyle concept of SHKP's 'Lime Series'.
