First 50 YOHO MIDTOWN Units Go On Sale at 10 am February 20
Average Price HK$5,200 per Square Foot

YOHO MIDTOWN is Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP) new major residential development in the New Territories West. The developer announced today that the first batch of 50 selected units in Tower M2 will go on sale at 10am on February 20. The units will have gross floor areas from 503 to 1,251 square feet. Prices will start at HK$4,522 per square foot and the average price will be HK$5,200 per square foot (HK$6,735 per square foot of average saleable area). Units will start from HK$2,621,000 (list price - less 3% for cash payment).

The 50 units for sale are on the 16th to 39th floors of Tower M2. They have gross floor areas from 503 to 1,251 square feet and layouts from one to four bedrooms. Buyers opting for a unit for HK$2,261,000 and making a cash down payment and taking a 20-year 70% premium mortgage at interest as low as HIBOR + 0.7% (ie about 0.77%) or P-2.95% (ie 2.05%), will have monthly payments of only HK$8,003 or HK$9,045 respectively. Special payment plans include cash (list price less 3%) and installments (list price) to provide buyers with additional flexibility.

Four YOHO MIDTOWN show suites in the third-floor exhibition hall of Sun Yuen Long Centre will be open for an exclusive SHKP Club member preview from 11am to 9pm on Friday (February 19) and 10am to 4pm on Saturday (February 20). The show suites will be open to the public from 4pm on Saturday. Free shuttle buses will be available from Admiralty, North Point, Taikoo, Olympian City, Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin, Sheung Shui and Tuen Mun.
