YOHO MIDTOWN is Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP) major new residential project in the New Territories West. The developer plans to spend approximately $300 million on the Club MIDTOWN clubhouse, landscaped area and open space. It will be the largest in Yuen Long and will enhance the project's unique 'MeWe' living concept.

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Project Director - Sales Amy Teo said: "YOHO MIDTOWN will be a premium residence tailored for the young at heart and people looking for a happy lifestyle. We understand that comprehensive clubhouse facilities are essential to a happy living environment and so are including a large, deluxe clubhouse in the project. Club MIDTOWN on the second to fifth mezzanine floors will cover 220,000 square feet including the landscaped area and open space. The facilities will be designed to offer residents a vacation-like lifestyle."

Ms Teo also said that the two show suites and exhibition attracted a lot of attention, drawing over 3,000 enquiries from potential buyers in the past four days. This takes the total number of enquiries over 21,000, 70% of people living in districts along the rail line. The project is expected to be a favourite with singles, small families and investors.

Natural Ambience Modelled on Tokyo Midtown

The innovative design of Club MIDTOWN follows the blueprint of Tokyo Midtown, incorporating wood, greenery and water elements. The natural surroundings will blend with the interior to create a relaxing ambience for an artistic metropolitan lifestyle.

Club MIDTOWN will have a diverse range of facilities to suit the MeWe happy living concept, including a 50-metre outdoor swimming pool, 25-metre indoor pool, two luxurious banquet rooms and a kitchen classroom with an organic garden.

There will also be exclusive Director and Executive villas for sharing quality time with friends and family.
