YOHO MIDTOWN unveils two show suites
Exhibit open at Sun Yuen Long Centre

YOHO MIDTOWN is Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP) major new residential development in the New Territories West. The property will blend art and architecture with the finest planning, materials and interiors to create an ideal living environment. SHKP opened two lavish show suits of two- and three-bedroom units today (4 February) at Sun Yuen Long Centre to show this exceptional residence to potential buyers along the West Rail.

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Project Director - Sales Amy Teo said: "YOHO MIDTOWN was designed along the concept of Art & Green Living. SHKP spent HK$100 million to create four show suites on the third floor of Sun Yuen Long Centre with different layouts to suit different buyers. Half the units will have two bedrooms and gross floor areas of about 500 to 700 square feet, while about a third will have three bedrooms and gross floor areas of about 700 to 1,200 square feet. We believe these will suit all sectors of the market. Interest has been running high since promotions began last month, with over 18,000 enquiries. Both the three-bedroom en suite and four-bedroom layouts of over 1,000 square feet are popular because of their appreciation potential, and most of the interest is in two- and three-bedroom units."

Exhibit with model in Sun Yuen Long Centre

Following the high interest in the debut exhibit in Sha Tin HomeSquare, SHKP is putting on another exhibit in Sun Yuen Long Centre from today to 21 February. An interactive game shows YOHO residents pursuing an ideal life and YOHO MIDTOWN red packets will be given to all participants. This is the first time a model of the property is on display to introduce the unique features of YOHO MIDTOWN to prospective buyers.

Ms Teo said that the YOHO MIDTOWN promotional tour has now reached Yuen Long; a major station along the West Rail. It is expected to generate a great deal of interest from people living along the West Rail and in the region. Complementing the exhibit in Sun Yuen Long Centre will be an outdoor advertising campaign on light boxes in MTR stations, buses and bus stops, especially on the platform of Yuen Long station to demonstrate the geographical advantage of YOHO MIDTOWN being directly connected to an MTR station.

653-square-foot, two-bedroom unit - MINE

The two-bedroom show flat has a MINE theme to reflect a young person just starting out on their own. The unit has a gross floor area of 653 square feet with a 38-square-foot balcony. The rectangular dining room is highly functional without entrance area, and an exceptional ten-foot, eight-inch ceiling makes this a premium two-bedroom unit.

The designers carefully selected wood and first-class stone for the interior to create a natural atmosphere. Artistic decorations suit a contemporary lifestyle and the exceptional ceiling height offers spaciousness. A large chandelier graces the spacious sitting room and floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony admit daylight. The sitting room is 18 feet by eight feet, four inches for an area of over 170 square feet. Wooden furniture and soft lighting add stylishness, and it blends seamlessly with the balcony and sitting room. Residents will enjoy panoramic views of the mountains.

The two bedrooms face the same direction. The master bedroom is 11 feet, five inches by six feet nine inches for an area of about 100 square feet, and a built-in wardrobe affords convenient storage. The unit is designed to be flexible. For example, the bedroom and adjoining dining room can be merged to create an additional sitting room or study, and residents can choose to have an open kitchen to add roominess.

897-square-foot, three-bedroom unit - EVOLVE

EVOLVE is the theme of the three-bedroom en suite unit, envisioning a pair of newlyweds starting a family. The unit has a gross floor area of 897 square feet and a 39-square-foot balcony. The exceptional ten-foot, ten-inch floor-to-floor ceiling height allows maximum daylight and residents will be able to take in the natural greenery of the estate garden and thriving city view of Yuen Long.

The rectangular dining and sitting room is highly spacious. The sitting room is 23 feet by nine feet, two-inches for an area of 200 square feet. The inner part of the sitting room is shielded from sight for privacy and the master bedroom and guest room are also skilfully separated. The designers have enhanced functionality by avoiding unnecessary corridors to allow more space in the master bedroom, so it is ten feet, one inch by seven feet, 11 inches, and over 100 square feet. Flexible partitions in the two guest rooms will let residents merge them to create a larger room or transform it into a study to meet different needs.

YOHO happy community

YOHO will be a model happy community. SHKP wants to provide a cosmopolitan, vibrant, carefree, healthy and happy community for the young-at-heart who value quality of life and family and personal relationships.

YOHO MIDTOWN will follow YOHO Town by merging the 'Individual' - personal elements, 'Connectivity' - bringing people together with comprehensive transport and 'Space' - extensive living space. The project reflects SHKP's commitment to making YOHO MIDTOWN a healthy and happy community with a brand-new lifestyle concept for residents.

YOHO MIDTOWN

YOHO MIDTOWN will have eight residential towers containing 1,890 units ranging from 400 to 1,400 square feet with one to four bedrooms. About half will have two bedrooms, and there will be special units available. YOHO MIDTOWN will make clever use of space and combine architecture and nature to offer a chic style of living.
