SHKP Club Star members get first look at Peak One

Sun Hung Kai Properties' SHKP Club organized its first exclusive preview this year for 500 Star members and guests at the developer's Peak One luxury development at Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin. The event was dubbed 'It's Starry Up Here' and let participants see the development's supreme luxury.

Star members see the quality

Peak One is a highly-anticipated, low-density luxury residential development. The first phase is complete and owners started taking possession recently. The SHKP Club took 500 Star members and guests to see the new clubhouse and landscaped gardens. Participants were impressed by the top quality and comprehensive clubhouse facilities. They were particularly attracted by the 12,000-square-foot vertical garden, artistic greenery and distinctive pools extending to the open areas. Mr Chan and his wife have been Club members for seven years. They believe that the premium environment and comprehensive clubhouse facilities will make Peak One an ideal home. Mr Cheng and his family enjoy having fun with relatives and friends and they found the banquet hall and karaoke room perfect for parties.

Bringing SHKP and customers together

The SHKP Club provides members with popular activities and offers. Club membership has risen from 20,000 in the first year to over 290,000. The Club initiated Star membership in 2005 to bring SHKP and its customers closer together, giving owners and tenants more great benefits. Club Managing Director Winnie Tse said: "The SHKP Club will continue to strive for excellence and higher goals in the coming year, and we will continue to listen to customers' needs and provide them with the best service."

SHKP's Peak One low-density deluxe residential development at Tung Lo Wan Shan in Sha Tin boasts luxury comparable to mansions on The Peak. The first phase of the development has 412 units in eight towers.
