YOHO MIDTOWN Exhibit opens
At Sha Tin HomeSquare

MeWe Delight Express Spreads Happiness in the Community

YOHO MIDTOWN is Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP) major residential development in the New Territories West. It has attracted significant attention since marketing began. SHKP will open a three-day exhibit in Sha Tin HomeSquare today with the first visit of the MeWe Delight Express to the mall. A video that will be shown at the YOHO MIDTOWN galleries was also aired for the first time.

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Project Director - Sales Amy Teo said, "We have begun to market YOHO MIDTOWN in different parts of Hong Kong. We brought the MeWe Delight Express to a shopping mall so potential buyers could find out more about the property. We chose Sha Tin as the starting point because it demonstrates SHKP's contribution to new town development and we believe that our new project in Yuen Long will be another successful example. Yuen Long is in a strategic location at the north-western corridor that takes commuters to the mainland and it has comprehensive infrastructure, so we are sure that YOHO MIDTOWN will have tremendous market potential.

There have been over 12,000 enquires about YOHO MIDTOWN since marketing began, with residents of districts along rail lines like Sha Tin, Tsuen Wan and Mei Foo showing most interest in this West Rail Line property. This exhibition will be different from others in that SHKP is bringing the popular YOHO MIDTOWN MeWe Delight Express to the mall for the very first time. Cubes of red, orange, yellow and green represent a community with a happy, upbeat attitude. An interactive game in the truck will illustrate YOHOs'pursuit of an ideal life, and participants will receive a set of YOHO MIDTOWN red packets to celebrate Chinese New Year.
