Over 100 YOHO MIDTOWN Exhibition Galleries over Hong Kong
YOHO MIDTOWN is one of Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP) major new residential developments in the New Territories West. The project has attracted tremendous attention since marketing began. SHKP announced today (January 28) that four major property agencies in Hong Kong will set up over 100 YOHO MIDTOWN galleries displaying models and showing videos of the development. The developer also revealed the layouts and exceptional features of typical tower M2 units today.
Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Project Director - Sales Amy Teo said: "YOHO MIDTOWN is the only new residential project along the West Rail this year, offering convenient transport and connections to the mainland. It will be atop a retail mall that will be part of the largest mall network in the western New Territories. The mall, accessible transport and rapid development of north-western Hong Kong will give the project great market potential. A wide variety of layouts from one to four bedrooms will also add to the project's attractiveness. The four property agencies supporting the project are setting up over 100 exhibition galleries all over Hong Kong, featuring models and videos of the project and dedicated agents to introduce potential buyers to YOHO MIDTOWN's unique features."
Ms Teo said that there will be YOHO MIDTOWN galleries in over 100 prime branches of Centaline Property, Midland Realty, Ricacorp Properties and Hong Kong Property Services around Hong Kong, with models of the project on display for the first time.
YOHO MIDTOWN will have eight residential towers arranged in an 'L' shape above the mall. Each block will be numbered starting with an 'M' signifying MIDTOWN. M2 will have 215 typical units. Three percent will be one-bedroom units, 56 percent two-bedroom and 40 percent three bedroom. One-bedroom and 1,000-square-foot-plus three-bedroom units are in particularly short supply in the area.
Layouts for the 7th to 28th and 30th to 36th floors of M2 were displayed for the first time. The layouts have two or three bedrooms (some with master en suite and store room) with gross floor areas from 573 to 1,251 square feet. The exceptional floor-to-floor ceiling height of nine-foot, ten-inches and balconies spanning 21 to 56 feet with utility platforms will add to their attraction.
The two-bedroom units with 573 to 621 square feet of gross floor area are more spacious than their YOHO Town first phase equivalents, and the three-bedroom layout with master en suite and store room and gross floor area of 1,251 square feet is expected to draw end users, people upgrading and investors with its appreciation potential.
YOHO happy community
YOHO will be a model happy community. SHKP wants to provide a cosmopolitan, vibrant, carefree, healthy and happy community for the young-at-heart who value quality of life and family and personal relationships.
YOHO MIDTOWN will follow YOHO Town by merging the 'Individual' - personal elements, 'Connectivity' - bringing people together with comprehensive transport and 'Space' - extensive living space. The project reflects SHKP's commitment to making YOHO MIDTOWN a healthy and happy community with a brand-new lifestyle concept for residents.
YOHO MIDTOWN
YOHO MIDTOWN will have eight residential towers containing 1,890 units ranging from 400 to 1,400 square feet with one to four bedrooms. About half will have two bedrooms, and there will be special units available. YOHO MIDTOWN will make clever use of space and combine architecture and nature to offer a chic style of living.
