SHKP's ARIA and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Offer 'EleganceĦDNobility' Mortgages
[14 October 2009, Hong Kong] ARIA is a new up-market residential development by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) in a traditional luxury neighborhood by Kowloon Peak. It will set new standards with its fine architecture, materials and clubhouse facilities. SHKP announced today that it is collaborating with the Bank of China (Hong Kong) to offer 'EleganceĦDNobility' mortgages and related services for ARIA buyers.

We have been working with different top brands to ensure this goal, including this latest partnership with the Bank of China for 'EleganceĦD Nobility' mortgages and other financial service and privileges."
Bank of China (Hong Kong) Personal Banking & Product Management Head of Mortgage Lam Kam Yu said: "We are pleased to be working with SHKP on 'EleganceĦDNobility' mortgages, which include a Prime Rate plan, 95% plan and HIBOR, All-You-Want, and Smart mortgages for ARIA buyers. Buyers will also be able to enjoy our new professional mortgage consultancy hotline for the mainland and Hong Kong. Personal banking managers will also advise buyers on wealth management and financial planning."
ARIA buyers will be entitled to waivers of the annual fee for a Bank of China platinum card, monthly account service charge and minimum opening deposit requirement for Wealth Management VIP accounts. Wealth Management VIP customers enjoy preferential banking service at designated Bank of China branches on the mainland and overseas.
About ARIA
ARIA will have 723 units in five towers. Standard units will range approximately from 533 to 2,123 square feet, with one to four bedrooms (and two en suites), plus store rooms and helper's quarters. Special units will range from about 1,000 to 4,600 square feet. Most units will have balconies with open views of the harbour and the lush surroundings. Top-end club facilities will complement the modern appeal of a prestigious peak residence.
