ARIA and Hang Seng Bank to open Dedicated Mortgage Centre
Offering one-stop multi-language mortgage service

13 October 2009, Hong Kong - ARIA is a new up-market residential development by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) in a traditional luxury neighborhood by Kowloon Peak. It will set a new standard of luxury living with its architecture, materials and clubhouse facilities. SHKP announced today that it opens a special ARIA Mortgage Centre with Hang Seng Bank to offer buyers flexible mortgage options and make it easier to purchase a luxury residence.

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Project Director of Sales Amy Teo said: "This will be a world-class luxury residence, and it has attracted buyers from all over the world. We are opening an ARIA Mortgage Centre with Hang Seng Bank so that buyers can take advantage of a convenient one-stop mortgage service with Hang Seng's professional consultants tailor-making mortgage plans according to buyers' financial situations. The consultants are proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English."

The one-stop mortgage centre in our main office in Central will be open extended hours Monday to Friday from 9 am to 9 pm to cater to ARIA buyers from now until the end of October. About ARIA

ARIA will have 723 units in five towers. Standard units will approximately range from 533 to 2,123 square feet, with one to four bedrooms (and two en suites), plus store rooms and helper's quarters. Special units will range from about 1,000 to 4,600 square feet. Most units will have balconies with open views of the harbour and the lush surroundings. Top-end club facilities will complement the modern appeal of a prestigious peak residence.
