SHKP Club exclusive preview of ARIA show flats this Friday and Saturday
Up to 5% discount for first five member-buyers

13 October, 2009, Hong Kong - ARIA is a new up-market residential development by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) in a traditional luxury neighborhood by Kowloon Peak. It will set a new standard of luxury. As part of the SHKP Club's 13th anniversary celebrations, there will be an exclusive preview of the project gallery this Friday and Saturday (16 and 17 October) and the opportunity for up to 5% discounts.

Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Project Director - Sales Amy Teo said: "Since the media preview of two ARIA show flats last week, we have been receiving numerous enquires from buyers concerning the opening date of the gallery. In response to the demand, the project gallery and two show flats on the 16th floor of One IFC will be opened to the public earliest this weekend. The exclusive SHKP Club preview will be on this Friday (16 October) from 10 am to 9 pm and from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday (17 October). We will offer special discounts for SHKP Club members on the territory's latest opportunity for premier living."

SHKP Club Managing Director Winnie Tse said: "With members exceeding 290,000 since the Club was established 13 years ago, the SHKP Club is dedicated to providing members with property-related benefits like seminars, new information and other activities and privileges. ARIA will have 723 units in five towers. Standard units will approximately range from 533 to 2,123 square feet, with one to four bedrooms (and two en suites), plus store rooms and helper's quarters.
