[HONG KONG - 10 December, 2007] The BIZ Office Leasing division of Sun Hung Kai Properties is presenting live Christmas concerts in Grand Century Place, Metroplaza, Millennium Trade Centre, Grand Central Plaza and Landmark North to bring festive cheer to visitors and tenants. Previous performances at Millennium City in September were highly praised by tenants, so BIZ Office Leasing is once again offering season's greetings to treat tenants to a repertoire of delightful Christmas tunes.

Performances will run from December 10 to 21 in the lobbies of the buildings included, with musicians playing instruments such as the cello, violin, saxophone and flute.
