liberte - a luxury residential property jointly developed by Shun Tak Holdings and Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) in West Kowloon - will soon be available for sale. Shun Tak VIPs and SHKP Club members will be given priority to visit a show flat for the development in Grand Century Place in Mong Kok from Friday 5 - Sunday 7 April.
An opening ceremony was held today (4 April), officiated over by Daisy Ho, Deputy Managing Director of Shun Tak Holdings, and Eric Chow, General Manager of the Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency.

Set in the heart of cosmopolitan West Kowloon
Situated in a prime location on the southern coast of Lai Chi Kok Bay, liberte occupies over 200,000 square feet in the centre of the planned 600,000 square-foot Lai Chi Kok Comprehensive Development Area, next to the newly-gazetted Cheung Sha Wan commercial zone.
