SANY Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as SANYI) is a large manufacturing enterprise specializing in R&D, manufacturing and sales of whole set coal machinery. Established in January 2004, SANYI has become a leading enterprise in coal machinery industry with years of development.
At the moment, SANYI has set Integrated Roadheader Industrial Park and Longwall Mining Industrial Park, with total area of 850 thousand square meters, more than 5,000 employees, including 700 professional R&D staff.
SANYI has been identified as state enterprise technical centers and state high-tech enterprise; Through independent innovation, SANYI has successfully broke through the technical bottleneck of domestic coal mining products. In the field of roadheaders, SANYI has developed its main series with cutting power from 55kW to 418kW, SANYI has held market share of more than 50% domestic market for five consecutive years. In the field of long wall equipments, SANYI is domestic first enterprise on fully mechanized equipment integrated design, manufacturing and service, and has achieved the integration and automation of long wall equipment; product spectrum covers annual output 500 thousand tons to 10 million tons (single work face), coal excavation technology covers full seam mining, caving, and layer slicing, which can meet various needs of different work faces. Independently developed by the most applicable to 0.8-2.0 meters full automation plow system has broke the monopoly of foreign manufacturers in the field, and was listed by the national ministry of science and technology included in the 863 science and technology plan. Traditional plow mining efficiency is 3 times of thin seam shearer, which is important to improve the utilization rate of coal resources in China. In the meanwhile, SANYI open-cut equipments, continuous miners, and mine filling equipments are also developed.
Till the end of March 2013, SANYI has applied for 1112 national patents, including 376 patents for invention and 753 Authorized patents. "Quick development technology of excavating and bolting automation for coal mine tunnel" is awarded first prize of China coal industry association for science and technology, "Hard Rock Roadheader" is awarded the 12th China patent prize, "Tunnel Roadheader" is awarded the 13th China appearance design patent gold prize.
SANYI was awarded 2011 National Labor Award SANYI and has set up the National Post-doctoral R&D Workstation, the first Academician Workstation in the industry, the Provincial Engineering laboratory , Provincial engineering center , Provincial Engineering Laboratory , Provincial Key Laboratory . SANYI has been certified as the Liaoning representative top enterprise of intellectual property. SANYI has passed national ISO9000 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety certification and German TUV certification.
SANYI products have been widely used in major coal mines and Coal Industry Groups, and have exported to Russia, Australia, Philippines, Indonesia and etc.
