Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited (the "Company") was incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability on 15 June 2001 as an exempted company under the name of GR Investment International Limited under the Companies Act (1981) of Bermuda. On 12 December 2001, the Company was listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") by way of introduction.
Pursuant to the Company's special resolution passed on 15 March 2005, the name of the Company was changed to Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited with effect from 15 March 2005.
The principal activity of the Company is investment holding. The principal activities of its subsidiaries are the holding of equity or equity-related investments and the provision of management services to the investee companies.
The Group is mainly engaged in the following investment projects:
(1) investment in securitie and equity-linked product;
(2) investment in land development;
(3) investment in travel industry; and
(4) investment in the business of confectionery production
