OVERVIEW

The Board has adopted a set of corporate governance principles ("Principles") which aligns with the requirements set out in the Code on Corporate Governance Practices ("CG Code") (Appendix 14 of the Listing Rules) and the Model Code for Securities Transactions by Directors of Listed Issuers ("Securities Code") (Appendix10 of the Listing Rules). During the CG Period, the Principles had been duly complied with.
