

New Capital International Investment Limited ("New Capital"), incorporated in the Cayman Islands, is a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("HKSE") under the Chapter 21 of the Listing Rules as a restricted fund.
On 13th April 2005, New Capital replaced the listing status of ING Beijing Investment Company Limited ("ING Beijing") on the HKSE and become the new holding company of the Group. ING Beijing was an investment company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability and was listed in the HKSE in May 1994.
The investment objective of New Capital is to achieve medium-term to long-term capital appreciation of its assets primarily through investments in money market securities and equity and debt related securities in listed and/or unlisted companies or entities on a global basis.
New Capital is having a more flexible structure for the Group to raise new capital from the market and to further develop its business and to pursue expansion. The Cayman Islands domicile will also allow the Group to project a more international image and help to attract new potential investors. With a new name, new face and transparent capital structure, New Capital is well prepared to take on a new phase of development capitalizing on the current buoyant market environment.
