The Board of Directors of Li & Fung Limited (the "Company") announces the following changes to the directorate of the Company with effect from 13 October 1999:-
(1) Mr. Steven Murray Small has resigned as non-Executive Director of the Company;
(2) Mr. Leslie Boyd has been appointed as non-Executive Director of the Company; and
(3) Mr. Small has consented to act as an alternate director to Mr. Boyd.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Small for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office and to extend its warmest welcome to Mr. Boyd.
