The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Lerado Group (Holding) Company Limited (the "Company") announces that, with effect from 29th March, 2001, Mr. Tsai Joseph Chung has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company.

The Board also has pleasure to announce that Ms. Chan Lai Sha, Liza has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company effective 29th March, 2001.
