The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Lerado Group (Holding) Company Limited (the "Company") announces that, with effect from 15th August, 2000, Mr. Ng Ching Wo has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company.
The Board also has pleasure to announce that Mr. Ng Kwun Wan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company effective 15th August, 2000.
