(Hong Kong, 25 June 2002) Hutchison 3G Ireland Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hutchison Whampoa Limited, has been awarded licence A (2 x 15 MHz paired and 1 x 5 MHz unpaired spectrum) in the Republic of Ireland 3G licence bid process.
