合 組 的 新 公 司 定 名 為 Savi Networks LLC ， 投 資 總 額 五 千 萬 美 元 ， 其 中 Savi Technology 佔 百 分 之 五 十 一 的 股 權 ， 而 和 記 黃 埔 港 口 則 佔 其 餘 的 百 分 之 四 十 九 股 權 。 Savi 將 負 責 新 公 司 的 營 運 ， 及 為 該 資 訊 網 絡 提 供 軟 件 ； 而 和 記 黃 埔 港 口 會 將 這 些 網 絡 設 施 引 入 其 轄 下 港 口 。
