Huscoke Resources Holdings Ltd., formerly as Frankie Dominion International Ltd., has been listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 27 May 1991. Originally a manufacturer of household products, Huscoke has transformed into a high capacity coal enterprise through acquiring the Shanxi-based Golden Rock Group two major businesses, namely coke trading and coal-related ancillary businesses. Huscoke's operations now cover coal-related ancillary operations including coal washing, power generation, logistics service and heat production. The Company is negotiating a master procurement agreement to secure supply of raw coal, a major raw material for its coal-washing business, at discounted prices for a prolonged period of time. In the medium term the Company will pursue acquisition into a coal processing operation in order to integrate vertically along the coal industry value chain, from downstream trading to midstream processing and upstream ancillary businesses.
