Designed to meet the diverse needs of households, the offerings cater to every member-from seniors and children to pet owners and their pets.
The three plans integrate a comprehensive suite of services, including 5G services, cybersecurity, home insurance, cross border travel and health management offers for seniors, as well as veterinary care and grooming services for pets. VIPet 5G Plan integrates 5G with pet healthcare and grooming
With the growing number of pets in Hong Kong, the pet economy continues to thrive. As pet-inclusive lifestyles become increasingly common, HTHK has collaborated with Pet Space, Hong Kong's largest veterinary group, to introduce the VIPet 5G Plan, a shared plan for both pet owners and their pets. This innovative offering combines 5G services with pet healthcare and grooming, creating a new all-in-one 5G service bundle.

Customers subscribing to the $238 monthly plan or above can enjoy 100GB of local data, along with a pet tracker and a premium pet collar, allowing users to monitor their pet's location anytime through smart devices.
Other benefits for pets and their owners include comprehensive health checks, dog or cat vaccinations, a 24×7 veterinary WhatsApp hotline, and a complimentary pet taxi service to designated veterinary clinics, all provided by Pet Space.
Customers subscribing to the $398 monthly plan can further enjoy exclusive shopping and service privileges at Pet Space clinics, including veterinary vouchers and pet dental cleaning discounts. The total value of pet services and products included in the plan is worth up to $11,900.
Health Fit 5G Plan meets the needs of silver-haired community
With an ageing population, there is growing attention across industries to the evolving needs of seniors. As cross border leisure travel to the Chinese Mainland becomes a new norm for Hong Kong people, HTHK has built on its popular 5G Data Roam Like Home Plan (Chinese Mainland / Hong Kong / Macau) to introduce the Health Fit 5G Plan, tailored for senior customers.
The plan is available to customers aged 60 or above, with monthly fees starting from $128. It includes shared data across the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau, a Chinese Mainland secondary number, at least one complimentary Greater Bay Area cross border bus ticket per month, and offers on dental scaling services in the Chinese Mainland. Customers will also receive a complimentary smart band or smartwatch to help monitor health conditions. Subscribing to plans from $238 or above, customers can further enjoy one complimentary annual health checkup (Essential or premium version), valued at up to $2,750 per session. Those subscribing to the $528 monthly plan enjoy a dual SIM shared data plan, with privileges such as health checkups, bus tickets and smart devices doubled, for a total value of up to $28,000.
Launching "Silver-haired AI Players" initiative to bridge the digital divide
In conjunction with the launch of the Health Fit 5G Plan, HTHK will roll out a series of complimentary Silver-haired AI Players Workshops for seniors interested in learning basic AI applications. Upon completion, participants may become "Silver-haired AI Players" and share practical AI tips with other seniors at 3Shops. Further details will be announced in due course.
Meanwhile, HTHK also announced the appointment of artiste Kenny Wong Tak-bun as the initiative's No. 1 Silver-haired AI Player, encouraging seniors to keep abreast of the times.
5G Broadband PRO Plan - a home solution with triple protection
HTHK earlier launched the 5G Broadband PRO Plan to help households address increasingly sophisticated and automated cyber threats, enabling family members to enjoy a safer online experience. As Hong Kong's first all in one solution combining 5G connectivity, cybersecurity protection and complimentary home insurance#, the plan's monthly fee starts from $208 (after rebates), offering plug and play convenience without the need for wiring, along with a waiver of router rental fees.
The plan includes subscription privileges worth up to $8,804, including travel cash voucher packages (worth up to $2,500) and four years of complimentary home insurance (valued at $4,000). It also comes with the "AI Net Protect" service and a "Content Management Pass" provided by a globally renowned cybersecurity vendor (valued at $2,304), offering real-time alerts when customers access suspicious websites and blocking inappropriate content to help foster a safe and healthy online environment for children.
HTHK targets different customer segments by integrating 5G services with health management, travel needs, cybersecurity and pet care into each single plan and launched the three multifunctional 5G monthly plans to help create a one-stop digital lifestyle, positioning HTHK as a trusted partner in customers' everyday lives.
