Hong Kong - Herald Holdings Ltd. (the "Herald Group"), is pleased to announce the appointment of three members to its newly formed Advisory Committee on High Technology to advise the Group on its expansion in technology - related investments. The company, with annual sales in excess of HK$873 million, is known for its computer head, toy, cookware and timepiece manufacturing operations in Hong Kong and China.

The members of the Advisory Committee on High Technology are :

• Philip Wong Fai, former vice president of AST Research Inc. Asia Pacific Operation and partner with China Key Consultants Ltd.

• Dr. Chris H C Wong, director of the Industrial Centre at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

• Tom Yuen, founder and former co-chairman of AST Research and chairman of SRS Labs Inc.
