The Boards of Directors of Guoco Group Limited ("GGL") and Dao Heng Bank Group Limited ("DHBG") jointly announce that Mr. Mishal Abdulah Abdulaziz Al Masad resigned as a Director of GGL and DHBG with effect from 10th November, 2000.
