Business Parks & Facilities
Frasers Property draws on the combined expertise of its two largest stakeholders, Ascendas Pte. Ltd. and Fraser and Neave Ltd. in the development and management of quality business park projects in Mainland China.
Vision (Shenzhen) Business Park, the flagship business park project of Frasers Property, is located on a prime site within the Shenzhen Hi-Tech Industrial Park spanning 33.8 hectares of land. Phase I of Vision Shenzhen, occupying a gross area of 23,500 sqm, was completed in March 2001. Phase II, complete with high-tech facilities, IT value added services and amenity centres, will commence construction when necessary permits have been secured.
In Beijing, Frasers Property's key business park project is Vision International Centre, which is a state-of-the-art business park facility located in Tsinghua Science Park Phase 2 and is jointly developed by Vision Century and Tsinghua Science Park Construction Co., Ltd., an enterprise set up by world-renowned Tsinghua University for the development of science parks.
Property Development & Management
The Group is engaged in top quality property development and provides world-class property management in both Hong Kong and mainland China. Properties currently launched on the Hong Kong market are Elite Court in Sai Ying Pun, and Harbourview Garden in Prince Edward Road West. In China, the construction of Scenic Place (phase 1) located in Xuanwu District of Beijing, which comprises three high-quality tower blocks, was completed in end 2003 and it is now open for sale. The Group's residential project, The Ninth Zhongshan, located in the central business district of Dalian, commenced construction in March 2002 and is expected to be completed by May 2004.
