Far East Consortium International Limited holds Kosmopolito Hotels International Limited "KHI" (HKSE: 2266). KHI was publicly listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in October 2010.
With strong commitment to service excellence, these brands have gained notable recognition in the market place. We currently own and operate 17 hotels and have 7 new hotel projects in the pipeline.
With a significant presence in Hong Kong, Malaysia and a growing presence in Mainland China, we currently own and operate a total of 17 hotels with over 4,000 rooms and the number will increase to 24 hotels with more than 7,100 rooms when our pipeline hotels are completed. In addition to developing, owning and operating hotels, we are also involved in third party hotel management.
In the past few years, the Company has invested a large amount of resources to expand its hotel business in Asia. Kosmopolito owns four brand names, Grand Dorsett, Boutique Series by Kosmopolito, four-star business hotel Dorsett Regency and good value hotel Silka.

We are a leading car park operator in Asia Pacific region with over 250 car parks comprising 46,000 Parking Bays under our management.
Our principal operation includes third party car parks management as well as operating self owned car parks. We have presence in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia.
