(23 Febuary, 2017 - Hong Kong) Far East Consortium International Limited ("FEC" or the "Group"; SEHK: 35) is delighted to announce that the Group won a total of 14 awards in Asiamoney's Best Managed Companies Poll 2016 as well as its Corporate Governance Poll 2016. FEC was, in fact, the biggest winner at the Asiamoney awards this year.

Tan Sri Dato' David Chiu, Chairman of FEC ("Mr. Chiu") won the "Best Executive in Hong Kong" award and the Group was named "Best Managed Small Cap Company Hong Kong", for the second consecutive year, in the magazine's Best Managed Companies Poll.

FEC also made a clean sweep in Asiamoney's Corporate Governance Poll 2016, ranking first across all categories in Hong Kong including:

• Best for Shareholders' Rights and Equitable Treatment
• Best for Responsibilities of Management and the Board of Directors
