公司於首個交易日交投活躍，全日最高股價每股 3.32 港元，收市報每股 3.00 港元，較發售價每股 2.60 港元上漲 15.38%。股份全日總成交量約 5043.72 萬股，總成交金額約 1.47 億港元。
掛牌首日市場反應積極，公司表示：「未來，我們將透過資產更新維持及進一步鞏固我們在捷克共和國及中歐博彩行業的市場地位；透過收購業務或資產及╱或競投新博彩牌照持續拓展我們在捷克共和國或其他市場的博彩業務。」
展望未來，公司將以此次上市為契機，依托全球資本，推動公司業務進一步發展，取得優異業績的同時，回饋股東、回饋社會、回報大眾！

關於百樂皇宮控股有限公司
