Founded in 1942 in Hong Kong, the Group is a leading retailer of European-made luxurious watch brands and jewellery products of its own designs through its extensive retail network in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Its outlets are all located at prime locations with the focus on target customers ranging from middle to high income group. Currently, the Group is an authorized dealer of 23 watch brands for Hong Kong & Macau and 30 watch brands for PRC shops. In August 2010, the Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with L Capital Asia, an affiliate of LVMH, a private equity fund that focuses in investing into the consumer sector in emerging markets of Asia. In the meanwhile, the Group also announced that it would issue convertible bonds to L Capital Asia and DE Shaw & Co, a world-renowned hedge fund in the world. With the support of these strategic partners, it helps the Group to further expand PRC market and strengthen brand recognition by direct association with international giant enterprises.
