The Company has a hotel in Macau, namely Grand Emperor Hotel, offering entertainment and leisure services, food and beverage as well as retail outlets.
The Company has a development project for a prime shopping arcade in Shanghai - Emperor Star City. It occupies a site area of nearly 250,000 square feet with a total gross floor area of over 1.2 million square feet for sales or rental. It is set to be a future landmark in Shanghai upon completion. Meanwhile, the Company is also looking at potential business opportunities worldwide.
