The Company and its subsidiaries (together the "Group"), jointly controlled entities and associates are principally engaged in an integrated range of activities relating to the manufacturing, assembly and trading of motor vehicles, the manufacturing and trading of automotive equipments and parts in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") and the manufacturing and trading of audio equipment in Hong Kong.
