Da Yu Financial Holdings Limited, formerly China Agrotech Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of corporate finance advisory services and asset management services, securities broking, underwriting and placing of securities, and money lending business. The Company operates mainly through the following principal wholly-owned subsidiaries:

• Yu Ming Investment Management Limited
  It is licensed to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities), Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) ("SFO").


• Morton Securities Limited
  It is licensed to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities under the SFO. It is also an Exchange Participant of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and is admitted by Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited to participate in the Central Clearing and Settlement System as a Direct Clearing Participant.


• Morgan Finance Limited
  It holds the Money Lenders License, which is granted by the licensing court pursuant to the Money Lenders Ordinance (Chapter 163 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and the Money Lenders Regulations, to carry on money lending business in Hong Kong.
