Bel Global Resources Holdings Limited ("Bel Global Resources" or "Company") ("formerly known as Peking Apparel International Group Limited").
The Company was incorporated in Bermuda and listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange Hong Kong Limited on 7 March 1997 (Stock Code: 761).
Upon its listing, the total issued share was 259 million shares, market capitalization was HK$259 million. Prior to the completion of the Very Substantial Acquisition in January 2008, the issued share was about 380 million shares with a market capitalization of about HK$600 million. As of today, the issued share exceeded 1,700 million shares and the market capitalization has grown to more than HK$2 billion.
Principal activities of the Company are organized into 2 different business units, mineral resources and apparel.
The Group's major subsidiaries are Bel Nickel Resources Limited (responsible for mineral resources operation) and Peking Fur Factory (Hong Kong) Limited (responsible for the apparel operation).
Bel Global Resources has a head office in Hong Kong and with offices in China as well as in Indonesia. The Company together with its subsidiaries, collectively as the "Group", has a workforce of over 500 full time employees working in Hong Kong, PRC and Indonesia.
