Its city gas business serves over 57 million users with approximately 600,000 kilometers of pipelines in operation; its water treatment assets have a design capacity of approximately 43.3 million tons per day; and its global capacity of waste incineration and power generation integrated treatment reaches 35,547 tons per day. The beer business reports annual sales volume exceeding 4 million kiloliters.
As an active practitioner of the "Going Global" strategy among Chinese enterprises, BEHL possesses a rich portfolio of high-quality overseas assets. Its water services business operates several technologically advanced projects in Malaysia, Portugal and other countries, while its solid waste business runs leading waste-to-energy companies in Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Today, BEHL has established itself as a diversified financing and investment platform in the public utilities sector, with multiple channels in capital markets both domestically and internationally.
