Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited conducted a tender on the financial statements audit projects for Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited, Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited, Beijing Enterprises Urban Resources Group Limited and Beijing Enterprises Environment Group Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited Annual Financial Statements Audit Project") on 17 June 2024 in Hong Kong, qualified potential bidders were invited to participate in the bidding. As at today, the bid opening, bidding evaluation and all other relevant internal procedures have been completed. The result of the bidding evaluation is now announced as follows:

   Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, has been confirmed as the candidate of bid winner for this project, by the evaluation of the Company's internal selection committee and the Company's deliberation process.


5. Publicity period of the candidate of bid winner:
   
   From 27 August 2024 to 30 August 2024.
