（2022年10月17日，香港）北京控股有限公司（「北京控股」或「公司」，港交所股份代號：0392.HK）宣佈，公司於2022年10月10日至10月14日期間，累計回購45萬股股份，作價共約1,031萬港元，平均回購價為每股22.92港元。
同時，公司亦於此期間累計增持450萬股北控水務集團有限公司（「北控水務」，港交所股份代號：0371.HK）股份，涉及資金共約781萬港元，平均買入價格約為每股1.74港元。本次增持後，北京控股對北控水務的持股比例升至40.75%。
北京控股執行董事兼行政總裁熊斌表示：「北京控股始終致力於提升股東回報，年初至今累計回購125萬股股份。而北控水務是北京控股佈局水務業務的核心企業，本次增持是基於對其價值的高度認可及對其未來發展前景的持續看好。」
