

Since Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited acquired Beijing Development (Hong Kong) Limited in 2001, our Company has formulated the strategic objective to transform to information technology field. In these years, we have actively and stably expanding our business of information technology and established three business platforms of Smart Card, Information Technology and China Info Tech involving in the sectors of mass transit, smart card and education, and successfully completed the strategic transformation as well.
Currently, our Company is responsible for the smart card program of Beijing Municipal transportation. Since 10 May 2006, it has been comprehensively implemented in three main systems of subway, buses and taxi. The Beijing subway associated programs under our construction, such as AFC and ACC, are also put into operation.
Following the continuous and steady development of Chinese economic, all major and medium cities will also constantly extending the construction of infrastructures, especially the input in transportation, which indicates that mass transit will be the prior developing orientation in the future. With our rich experiences in mass transit and electronic settlement with the core of smart card and considering the market trend in the future, our Company will be developed as the supplier and operator of electronic settlement platform for infrastructure and public utilities.
