Baoye Group, founded in 1974 and listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, is engaging in construction, property development and housing industrialization, with three regional companies located in Yangtze Delta Area, Anhui and Hubei. The Company was awarded The National 1st May Labor Prize, The National Excellent Privately-owned Enterprise in Employment and Social Insurance. In 2008, Baoye was recognized as Chinese Well-known Trademark.
As at 31 December 2021, the Company received 41 "Luban Awards", the highest ranking of its kind in China, 52 National Outstanding Awards and more than 1,000 provincial awards. The honors Baoye got are more than the general construction companies. The Company has provided construction service for five projects of Beijing Olympic Games, Shanghai Financial Center, Dongyi Financial Center, which is the highest building in Anhui, the new Terminal Building of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Shandong Dongying Airport, two railway stations at Yueqing and Yongjia of Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Railway and Jing'an Temple Traffic Terminal in Shanghai, and Jiangxi Hangxin Building.
The Company endeavors to develop environmentally friendly, healthy and comfortable housing. after decades of years' of continuous research and development, the Group has acquired the capability of research, design, product, construction and operation of industrialized housing, and with widely-covered housing industrialization bases in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Hubei and Jiangsu Provinces and two industrialized housing systems of light steel structure and precast concrete assemble structure.
In the future, the Company will accumulate more practical experience by constructing projects in mass production scale, aiming to increase business volume and improve project quality of the housing industrialization business drawn on its competitive advantages in its three core businesses.
