The Company is an investment holding company. Subsidiaries of the Company are principally involved in the management and operation of light-emitting diode ("LED") energy management contracts ("EMC"); provision of finance lease and loan services and property investment; and provision of land development services in the PRC. The Company also operates LED EMC business through its investment in a joint venture.
