China Vanke is the largest property developer listed in the PRC. The Group is principally engaged in the property development in Guangshen region, Shanghai region, Beijing region and Chengdu region. At present, China Vanke has penetrated over 50 cities in the PRC. China Vanke's A Shares and B Shares became listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since January 1991 and May 1993 respectively.
